Meadowlark Elementary will be hosting a Community Forum at 7 p.m.  Monday, Feb. 27. The forum will be held in the Cafetorium of the school, which is at 1411 N. Main.

The District Boundary committee will share the process they went through, the information they reviewed and the proposed recommendations they have developed. Committee members will be on hand to discuss these recommendations, and there will be opportunity for community members to share their input with the committee so that they may take it to the Board of Education in March along with the recommendations.

In addition to the District Boundary Committee recommendations, there will also be an opportunity to share input regarding the proposal to create half-day Kindergarten centers on each side of the district.

District representatives would like to see interested community members at the forum. If you have questions prior to the forum, contact Dr. Andy Koenigs at the District Office, (316) 218-4660.

You may also view other Boundary Committee information by visiting the Boundary Committee section of our website, www.usd385.org. The section is located under "District Office" on the website.
